These terms and conditions govern reservations and stays at Hôtel de Bahyse.

Reservations

Reservations can be made:

  • By phone at +41 21 943 13 22
  • By email at info@hotelbahyse.ch
  • Via the online reservation form

    • All reservations are subject to availability confirmation by the hotel.

    Rates and Payment

    Rates are per night and include:

  • Accommodation
  • WiFi access
  • Parking

    • Tourist tax (CHF 3/pers/night) and breakfast (CHF 15/pers) are charged separately.

    Payment is made upon arrival. Accepted payment methods: cash, credit card (Visa, Mastercard).

    Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in: from 2:00 PM
  • Check-out: until 11:00 AM

    • Late arrival must be notified in advance. Luggage storage before check-in time available upon request.
    04

    Cancellation

  • Free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival
  • Late cancellation or no-show: the first night will be charged
  • Early departure: remaining nights will be charged

    Pets

    Pets are welcome subject to prior agreement. A supplement may be required. Pets must be kept on a leash in common areas.

    House Rules

  • The establishment is entirely non-smoking
  • Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM
  • Any damage will be charged to the guest
  • Management declines responsibility for valuables not deposited in the safe

    Liability

    Hôtel de Bahyse declines any liability for theft, loss or damage to guests' personal belongings, except in case of proven fault by the establishment.

    Disputes

    These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the Canton of Vaud.
